What’s not to love about christmas?!:)If nothing else, the christmas tree makes for an amazing prop. Below you can see some photos from a shoot i did recently. We had beautiful strong natural light from the window but the rest of the room was a bit dark so I put a speedlite behind the xmas tree to

-brighten up the room

-create a high key effect isolating the xmas tree and the models from the clutter in the room

-create beautiful rim light for xmas tree and some backlighting for my model

One very sexy calendar

Oh wow these past few weeks have been incredible. U might have seen some photos that I have done in summer for a client of mine who is a professional model. Well I have to say there is no better compliment for a photographer than a returning customer. This time we shot a super sexy calendar that was featured on Fashion TV:

Taken with a sigma 17-50 f2.8 for APS-C sensor cameras. Totally inappropriate focal length lol but that’s what i had on me at the moment. Then I edited it with some gradients and added a flare in photoshop

I really liked the vintage set. Press download on the right when u click on the set u want. Unzip. Open photoshop and in your actions panel menu select “load actions”. Super easy

My sister-in-law always complains when she sees me with the camera cause she knows she will be seeing it instead of my face for as long as I am there lol. But we do end up taking some amazing shots:). This one was taken at sunset on a moving boat.
